Our Services

Small Group Classes

These 4-6 person classes are designed to help improve your fitness for golf. Each program is in-person once per week for 6 weeks and includes companion workouts to be completed between sessions.

Duration: 55 minutes

Why does speed matter so much?

Bird's eye view of a golf course showing a 260 yard drive and 140 yard iron shot to the green.

Every 1 mph of clubhead speed is 2.3 yards off the tee.

Speed doesn't just affect your driver - it will mean you can club down on a later iron shot to hit more wedges

Shorter approach shots means tighter shot dispersion at the green... for more GIRs and shorter putts!
